Surfside Sanctuary is an end-unit townhouse located on a oceanfront property just steps from the ocean; with only 14 units in our community, it makes for a quiet, cozy location. The townhouse has been recently renovated, remodeled & refreshed, including new furniture & decor. Most importantly - NO SNOW!
Your rental is just a quick drive to dining, shopping, churches & lots of activities in a community with plenty of events!
The property features two spacious bedrooms & two remodeled bathrooms. Watch the waves or even see the SpaceX launches from the cute balcony off the Primary Bedroom. The second bedroom features a view of the ocean waves & swaying palm trees!
Sit on the back porch with green space to relax in after a day on the beach. Make some popcorn and relax in the comfortable and cozy living room while you enjoy watching movies and television on the Smart TVs with included Wi-Fi. For those days that you just can't avoid it, a designated workspace will help you get the work done, so you can return to playing!
The kitchen is ready for your home-cooked meals (simple or elaborate, your choice!) with dishes & cooking basics available in the roomy, bright kitchen. Surfside Sanctuary includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer for your convenience. Of course, you could always order takeout from one of our many delicious local restaurants instead!
Your rental has a beautiful community swimming pool with ocean views!
The beach feels like your own private oasis with no buildings on the water side. Dig your toes in the warm, coral colored sand & relax, or get ready for the action! Keep your eyes on the horizon to watch for the beauty of the dolphins frolicking in the waves or sea turtles and manatees making their way down the seashore! Multiple fishing piers are a short walk away on the Halifax River.
We think you'll agree that Surfside Sanctuary has the most beautiful sunrises anywhere!
Parking is convenient, with your own driveway right at the front door. Beach chairs, towels, linens, kitchen necessities, hair dryer and a clothes iron are all available for your convenience!

Surfside Sanctuary can accommodate a maximum of four overnight guests, and pets are (unfortunately) not permitted.
Surfside Sanctuary is available seasonally for $3,500 per month (plus mandatory taxes & fees required by state/local laws - currently 12.5%).
A monthly utility stipend of $200 is included in your rental, and your cleaning fee is included with a seasonal rental.
A security deposit of $________ is required and will be returned shortly after your departure, provided that no damage or utility overage occurs.
A rental/background is required & the fee (currently $29 per person) is paid directly to that service (info provided w/application).
